Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.growthstackmedia.com (the "Site"), operated by Growth Stack Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Growth Stack Media," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Our services
The Site describes our public relations, content, video and podcast services and provides general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these Terms if they conflict. Portal Editor (portaleditor.ai) is governed by its own terms.
3. Our content and intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, podcast episodes, transcripts, case studies and design, are owned by Growth Stack Media or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download and share Site content for your personal or internal business, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other notices and credit Growth Stack Media with a link to the source page. Brief quotations with attribution are welcome. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Client names, logos and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their owners and appear to describe our work. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond any testimonial they gave.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or the rights of others;
- send spam, malicious code or false or misleading information through our forms or scheduling tools;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with or disrupt the Site or its systems;
- scrape, harvest or bulk download content or contact information in a way that burdens the Site or violates these Terms, except for standard search engine and AI indexing that respects our robots.txt; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or company.
5. Information you submit
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through our contact form. Submitting information does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality until we sign a written agreement. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. No professional advice; results
Content on the Site, including blog posts, podcast episodes and newsroom articles, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. Media placements, results and testimonials described on the Site reflect past work and do not guarantee similar results for any other company.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GROWTH STACK MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Growth Stack Media harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@growthstackmedia.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact details and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. We may restrict your access if you violate these Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
